Read below if you are a member and having trouble logging in to the member's area:

99% of the time, if you have having trouble downloading the product or logging in, it  is because your username and password is case sensitive; you have to login with the EXACT details you signed up with. Members usually make the mistake in the username, when putting caps when they're not supposed to and vice versa.

Download problems

I have ordered but was unable to download or open my files - I did not get the link / the file was corrupt / I am not sure if I opened etc.
 

(a) I did not get a download link or I am not sure if I ordered

Please read the of this answer. When you pay for Warcraft Formula via ClickBank you will be redirected to a newsletter signup page. Once you have entered your e-mail information you will be re-directed to the download page and sent confirmation with a link inside. If you click on this link, and confirm your subscription to the buyers' list, you will be sent an e-mail with the download link inside to refer back to it as need be. You should return to this page and attempt to download the file again.

If you did not get to the signup page, you should still be sent a download link from ClickBank (inside the automated receipt they sent you).

Your first port of call is to attempt to redownload the file via one of the above e-mails which link to the download page - in most cases you will be able to download the file from this link.

If you have not received the link, and have not received an invoice from receipt@clickbank.com, then there is a good chance that you have not ordered (receipts are automatically sent out upon purchasing). That said, it's better to be sure - so please open a support ticket at the bottom of this page and include your name, e-mail address and the date you ordered, and we will do our best to locate your order - and provide you with access instructions if you have indeed ordered.

(b) I have downloaded the file, but I get a corrupt file message.

If you are running a PC, please try to download the file a second time - this will solve the problem in most cases. Secondly, please do not left-click on the file - rather, right-click and choose "save file as" - and then open it once it has been downloaded (if you receive a blank screen when clicking on the link, then you need to right-click).

If you are running a Mac, opening the file direct may not work and may cause a "corrupt file" problem. If this is the case, try and open the file manually - in other words, open Adobe Acrobat, then click File > Open and open the file that way.
